  • Do you have modulars?

    Yes, we offer modular homes as an excellent manufactured housing option. We can arrange custom-built modular homes that are comparable in quality to traditional site-built houses.
  • What does my credit score have to be?

    We collaborate with lenders who specialize in various types of manufactured home loans. Regardless of your credit score, there's likely a financing option available to suit your situation.
  • How much is a down payment?

    Down payments can vary from $0 upwards, depending on the total cost of your purchase and your individual financial circumstances.
  • What does the price include?

    Each home purchase has unique setup requirements based on the specific site. Our experienced team will create a comprehensive package to ensure a smooth and effortless home-buying process. We prefer to manage all aspects of the home setup when possible, leveraging our extensive industry knowledge.
  • Are there any warranties?

    Our manufacturers provide warranties for their homes, which is an advantage over traditional site-built homes. Each component of the house, including appliances purchased with the home, comes with its own warranty.
  • What will my note be?
